Rainbow Park and Ashibana

For this month's group outing, we went to the Rainbow Park down in Naha and then to the Ashibana Outlet Mall right next to it.

The park was awesome!  The outlet mall, not so much. We did find a great Japanese-style Italian place with some great food! :)

These Japanese kids loved posing for pictures!

Uh, Mom, I got ketchup on my shirt, now is not the time for pictures...

We also got a few different desserts to share!

This was a 'leaf' pastry with sweet bean paste. Interesting, but good!

This was in Sean's size! Ummm, I really hope a 2 year old doesn't know anything about a bong. :)

This is what they expect me to use? No, thank God, there was an American toilet right next to it!

Since the outlet mall was EXPENSIVE, we decided to head to a thrift shop closer to home!

Welcome to Total Reuse. My new paradise.

This place has a little bit of everything. Some things are expensive, like this 3000Y($35) car that Sean wanted (and wasn't able to get, ending in a fit), but there are great deals on clothes! I got Sean and Kyle a couple Kimono style children's outfits! Cute!

Thanks for coming, ladies! We had a blast! We are going to make a thrift store playday for sure!
